Composition of Hardtop Mouse Mat
Tough, mark resist surface chosen for it's good mouse performance and ability to provide strong, bright colours. Bonded to a foam base and die-cut. These Hardtop mouse mats are much more durable than those made by lamination of printed paper.

Foam
Black 3mm. EPDM foam is standard. The extra thickness offered by chunky 5mm. foam used to be popular. New production trechniques now mean that 1,5mm. and 2mm. EPDM foam can be used to make slimmer mats. A limited range of other colours is available but colours are dull and the foam expensive.

Black natural rubber foam in 1.5mm., 3mm. and 5mm. offers a heavier alternative with the very best lay flat, non-slip, qualities.

Print
Screen print or offset litho four colour process. The print is placed directly on to the undersurface of the mark resistant material.

Sizes of Hardtop Mouse Mat
The standard size is 200mm. x 235mm., but other sizes possible include 200mm. diameter, 150mm x 200mm. (MiniMat), 200mm. x 260mm. and 200mm. x 235mm. oval. Special shapes can be made without difficulty.

Packaging of Mouse Mats
Usually bulk packed. Standard mats can be individually packed into clear self seal bags, white envelopes (which can be custome printed) or shrink wrapped or boxed into sets.
